The Income-Eligible Program provides no-cost energy efficiency upgrades to qualifying homeowners and renters in Massachusetts. These upgrades include insulation, air sealing, heating and cooling system improvemes, and energy-efficient appliances. The program is designed to reduce energy costs and enhance home comfort.
To qualify for the program, your household income must meet the following guidelines for the 2024–2025 heating season:

Installation of LED lighting, programmable thermostats, water-saving devices, and advanced power strips.
