Interpret and explain human resources and company policies, procedures, laws, standards, or regulations.  Manage information, coordinate and control teams and activities, control documents and correspondence.  Maintain and update human resources documents, such as organizational charts, employee handbooks or directories, or performance evaluation forms.  Serve customers and employees by developing and executing office procedures for communication and document execution.  Prepare office and employee schedules, update data for the preparation of plans and projects to perform services office areas. Analyze employment-related data and prepare required reports.  Advise management on organizing, preparing, or implementing recruiting or retention programs.

 Minimum requirement of a bachelor’s degree in human resources, psychology, or a related field. Foreign equivalent acceptable.
